The Ride More Innovations Warranty for Mac Ride
Ride More Innovations Ltd (Ride More) offers you peace of mind when making your decision to purchase a child’s seat for your bike. We offer a two year guarantee for the Ride More child bike seat, Mac Ride, under the original purchaser. The warranty terminates if the product’s owner fails to present this Term of Warranty when requesting repair services from Ride More, under the terms provided herein.
This Ride More warranty applies only to buyers of a new Mac Ride through our online site (or a recognized distributor), with proof of original receipt. It is not transferable.
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Ride More will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by making the necessary repairs within 60 days without charge for parts or labour. In addition, if it is not possible to remedy the defects, Ride More will replace the Mac Ride.
This Ride More warranty coverage does not, under any circumstances, cover any damage to non Ride More products used in conjunction with Mac Ride.
No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond Ride More’s control including, but not limited to, faults as a result of ordinary wear and tear, scratches, accidents, modifications of any type, misuse, neglect, any type of repair other than those authorized by Ride More, overloading, dropping, transport, natural disasters, fires, temperatures below 40 degrees F or above 110 degrees F, any further use of a seat once a claim has been reported, storage of the seat in hot or humid conditions or when wet, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with Ride More’s written instructions, videos or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser through www.mac-ride.com.
In the event that Mac Ride is defective, the purchaser should contact the Mac Ride dealer from whom the product was purchased. If the dealer is not able to correct the defect, the purchaser should contact Ride More directly. If Mac Ride was purchased directly from Ride More, via www.mac-ride.com contact Ride More directly.
In the event of a new seat being removed from a box and not in good condition, please contact us for a resolution. Ride More is not responsible for damage once the seat has been used.
In the event that the product needs to be returned, a representative from Ride More will provide the purchaser with the appropriate mailing address and any additional instructions. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for mailing the product to Ride More, with proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice or receipt, and with a detailed description of the defect. Upon physical review, Ride More will make a final determination as to the nature of the damage or flaw and issue a replacement product or credit, if appropriate. The mailing costs will be refunded by Ride More, upon presentation of the related mailing receipts.
Disclaimer of Liability: Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by Ride More) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser’s property or other person is excluded. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, but excepting the warranties which are expressly provided by law.
Ride More’s sole liability to any purchaser is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will Ride More be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages which were not directly and clearly caused by a defecting product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary based on country or state.
If you would like to order Mac Ride, but you are not sure if you and your family are going to enjoy the seat, we have a return policy. If you decide that Mac Ride will not work for your family, you can return the seat within 2 weeks of the seat's arrival, in its original packaging, as new. Once the seat is received back at the relevant distribution base, we will refund you the cost of the seat. We do not refund for the original cost of shipping, nor the return shipping. All refunds will be exclusive of import fees.
